Robotic automation is the unique solution to reach increased productivity, high quality, and waste reduction.

Robots increase competitivity

To survive in the global market, companies must focus on some key elements: the total costs of the supply chain, the products quality, the productivity, and the marketing times: these factors make robotics a good investment.
To compete with low-cost Countries, the solution is not in production units relocation: a longer supply-chain, with consequent logostics problems, can quickly negatively counterbalance the costs savings. For this reason nowadays many companies turn to robotic automations for improving their quality and productivity. Speed, repeatability and accuracy are in fact the key advantages of robotics. METALS DEBURRING

The deburring process consists in burrs removal, which is that part of material excess in the products obtained by molding or by mechanical or cutting processes.
The deburring scope is to make the worked piece perfect, and is aimed at removing the material’s excess along the borders and junctions. Moreover it makes the edges of the processed pieces linear.

The robots for materials handling are used for displacing, feeding, or picking-out pieces/tools from/to a determined position, or for transferring pieces from one machine to another. Producers all over the world are turning to handling robots because they are faster, work with more accuracy, and are cheaper compared to manual handling, offering unrivaled quality, repeatability, and accuracy.

PALLETIZING

Palletizing is a specific handling application that, due to the large use of pallets, has been developed as a separate category. The robot picks the elements, the cases, the bags, from one or more positions, puts them on a pallet according to a programmed pallet model, in order to avoid to overturn the stack.
An important feature of the palletizing operations is the pre-grouping of packages before being positioned on pallet; also this phase can be executed by a robot.Investing in a robotic palletizing system increases productivity, flexibility, and profits, reducing at the same time heavy and dangerous lifting operations in charge of workers.
